3. Dispatch Services for Truck Drivers & Owner Operators
If you are a truck driver or owner operator requesting dispatch services through SCMBA Dispatch:
Carrier–Dispatcher Relationship
We act as an independent dispatch service, not as your employer or carrier.
You retain full responsibility for your truck, equipment, insurance, safety compliance, and FMCSA/DOT regulations.
We do not own or operate motor carrier authority.
Payments & Fees
Fees for dispatch services are agreed upon before service begins.
All payments are non-refundable.
Load Booking & Responsibilities
Dispatch services are performed on your behalf based on the information you provide.
You are responsible for accepting or rejecting any load presented.
You agree to hold SCMBA Dispatch LLC harmless for delays, cancellations, or revenue loss resulting from broker/shipper actions or carrier decisions.
Compliance
You are responsible for maintaining valid authority, insurance, permits, and compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations.
SCMBA Dispatch is not liable for fines, penalties, or compliance violations.
4. Limitation of Liability
SCMBA Dispatch LLC is not liable for any damages, lost revenue, or claims resulting from the use of our training programs or dispatch services.
All services are provided “as is” without any guarantees.
5. Marketing & Communication
By using our website, training programs, or dispatch services, you agree to receive emails, newsletters, and promotional material from SCMBA Dispatch.
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
6. Governing Law
